Jessica Tappana MSW, LCSW

Group Practice Owner & Simplified SEO Consulting Founder

As a successful group therapy practice owner herself, Jessica Tappana understands the importance of marketing your practice and getting your name out to the right potential clients.  A well-ranking website has been Jessica’s number one marketing tool for her Columbia, MO counseling practice. In fact, she went from nonexistent to a thriving 5 therapist group practice in 18 months!  Now, Jessica enjoys helping other practice owners like you watch their websites soar up through the pages of search engines. Since July 2018, Jessica has helped a growing number of websites move up through the ranks of Google. Jessica is proud to say that she’s helped therapists around the country from more rural areas to really competitive areas to some of the largest metropolitan areas in the country reach the first page of Google for some of their keywords. Most clients report significant growth in their practice in the months after they get to the first page and several clients have even had to move to larger office spaces within 6 months of beginning SEO work with Simplified SEO. In her spare time (what’s that?), Jessica loves to spend time outside or travel with her husband and two kiddos.

Vishaun Jones, B.A.

Vishaun earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities with a minor in Information Technology from Florida State University. With her extensive experience in administrative roles, Vishaun is the perfect person to assist you with any questions you may have about our services. Whether you need help getting started or want to make updates to your Data Dashboard or have questions about billing, Vishaun is always happy to help.
 
When she’s not busy being an Executive Assistant, Vishaun is busy running her own small brick-and-mortar store on the island of Jamaica. Her entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our team. With Vishaun by your side, you can rest assured that all of your questions and concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally.

Winnie Youger-Rash, B.A

Director of SEO Services

Winnie has a degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the Westminster College- Fulton, MO. Previously, her passion for helping others has led to her work in Emergency Dispatching. She is excited to bring that drive and passion to the Simplified Team and continue helping others in the mental health field.

At Simplified Winnie enjoys knowing that she is helping clients reach a therapist who can cater to their specific needs and vis versa. Her goal as a SEO Specialist is to help spread awareness for mental health by connecting practices to their ideal clients.

Winnie likes to spend her spare time with her husband and two dogs, Kent (a Boxer Pitbull mix) and Gadot (Newfoundland). Whenever possible she loves to travel, striving to explore and see as many countries and states as possible. She plans to take many more trips with her husband in the future.

Sterling Humburg-Cage, B.A.

Mental Health SEO Specialist, Local SEO Coordinator

Sterling would best describe himself as determined, empathetic, and trustworthy. As a member of 2020’s graduating class from the University of Missouri, he is no stranger to needing to adapt to the world’s changes! Now, Serling is intent on using his B.A. in Psychology to help provide the best results as an SEO specialist. He’s a life-long learner, striving to continue growing both professionally and personally.

Having participated in everything from 6 theater productions with the MU Theatre Department, to his involvement with the McNair Scholars program during his senior year, Sterling is driven to succeed. Now, Sterling serves as an SEO specialist helping to improve both on-page and off-page elements to help clients thrive. His technical expertise also allows him to find solutions in a quick, efficient manner. In his free time, Sterling enjoys gaming, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

Lynsey Heskett, B.A.

SEO Content Specialist

Lynsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before coming to work for Simplified SEO Consulting, she worked for the pediatric neuropsychology team as a Psychology Technician at the University of Missouri. During her time as a Psychology Technician, she learned the importance of providing excellent customer service and how important seeing the correct provider can be. She hopes to bring the same level of customer satisfaction to Simplified SEO Consulting.

At Simplified, Lynsey enjoys that she is writing content while making sure that the content sounds personal and has the client’s words and voice embedded, but also writing about important topics that will be used as resources within the mental health field. Her goal is to create quality content for clients to use as resources to help potential patients and learn as much as she can along the way.

In her free time, Lynsey loves to spend time with her husband, and toddler going to parks, going on hikes, or trying out various ice cream locations. Lynsey loves to read various types of literature and play various types of video and board games. She hopes to continue to meet her goal of 25 books a year and to play new games that she has yet to discover.

Brianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Services from Hannibal-LaGrange University. She hopes to continue her education and pursue her Master’s degree.

Her goal for working as an SEO Specialist for Simplified SEO Consulting is to help mental health professionals connect with their ideal clientele so they are able to receive the help they need to lead healthier and happier lives. 

In her free time Brianna loves to spend time with her husband and cat Samwise, read historical fiction & mystery novels, and visit new places. She has had the opportunity to travel to ten different countries and is always planning her next adventure!

 

Olivia Ferguson, BSW

Mental Health SEO Specialist

Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Central Michigan University.  She hopes to pursue her Master’s degree one day but for now, she is focused on advocating for mental health so individuals can live their best life! As an advocate and SEO consultant, she is excited to work with mental health professionals and guide them toward working with their ideal clients!

Outside of work, you can find Olivia taking her dog on a hike or snuggling up on the couch with her two cats! She also loves to read at local coffee shops, listen to self-help podcasts, and spend time with her loved ones.
